Hey, I am Steve Iannuzzi, and I grew up and lived in Michigan for pretty much my whole life. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, fishing, playing hockey, golf, disc golf and other activities outside. I enjoy being out in nature. I served in the US Army for 4 years active until I got out in 2018 to pursue a career in welding which I really love. I have received a Certificate in Welding Technology from Kirtland Community College after getting off of Active Duty. My family is cool. My two sisters and Dad live pretty close to one another. My Mom passed away in 2010. I have a wife named Ashley. Together we have three dogs and two cats. No kids for now. Maybe someday.

My wife actually saw the post for the internship on Indeed first and sent it to me. After that, I thought why not? I’ve always wanted to go to Alaska. So, it seemed like a great opportunity. I’m excited for the whole thing. It’s a super new experience. I’m really stoked to be out in nature and learning something new and adventurous. I also get to bring some of my skills to the job site, like welding which will hopefully be used on a bridge repair. I’m actually hoping to gain employment after the internship, although I know it’s not a guarantee. My wife and I are really looking forward to this new adventure.
