Hello, my name is Jake Kendall and I’m from Roseville, Minnesota. I went to school at the University of Minnesota Duluth where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional studies. I focused on land management, public policy, and urban planning. Currently, I reside in Big Sky, Montana where I ski, hike, backpack, fish and climb. My passion for wilderness is what drove me to pursue this Mt. Adams Institute AmeriCorps internship. In this position I hope to share my passion and help others explore and strengthen their connection to the outdoors.
