Recruitment Coordinator
Erica joined the MAI staff after serving three terms as an MAI AmeriCorps member. She got her start in 2016 with the Land Stewards program where she served one year as a refuge technician with US Fish & Wildlife Service, and two years in a dual role driving MAI’s public outreach while coordinating wilderness projects for the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Following AmeriCorps, she served as MAI’s outreach coordinator for two years, the Land Stewards program coordinator for 2.5 years, and in the fall of 2023 transitioned into the recruitment coordinator role. She’s on track to try every position at MAI.
In her free-time, Erica plays volleyball and softball, and enjoys baking, karaoke, hiking, foraging, and cross-country skiing.
