Her expertise spans various critical areas, including strategic statewide leadership, data-driven decision-making, and fostering impactful partnerships between business and education. Deb’s advocacy and adept system alignment from cradle to career broaden career aspirations and open doors for all learners to pursue in-demand careers.
As a visionary leader, Deb fosters collaborative relationships among stakeholders from diverse sectors, ranging from industry leaders and educators to state agencies, policymakers, and community-based organizations serving underrepresented youth. A Trout Lake local, she brings a wealth of talent and experience to MAI.
