Preparing for Summer Camp
Here are some resources to get your camper ready for an amazing week!
Protocols for Summer Camp will be based off of CDC guidelines and Washington State regulations. May 15th is our target date for posting camp protocols however, you can most likely expect a pre-camp health screening form and mask wearing when in close proximity to other campers.
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
50% deposit for all full day camps
*Please contact us if the deposit fees inhibit your ability to register for a program and/or if you plan to apply for a scholarship. We are willing to make accommodations.
Full tuition is due 30 days in advance. We prefer you pay deposits and camp tuition through ActiveWorks. ActiveWorks will automatically run the payment plan 30 days before your registered camp.
If a participant cancels their registration for a Summer Camp:
- Before May 24th, full refund (excluding the processing fee)
- After May 24th, deposits are nonrefundable
If you put a deposit down and applied for a scholarship for the remainder of tuition, but do not receive enough financial support, we will refund your deposit in its entirety.
Mt. Adams Institute reserves the right to cancel a camp due to health concerns, weather conditions, staffing, or low-enrollment. If MAI cancels a camp, participants will be refunded in full.
Absence due to illness (non-COVID) or injury:
If within the 30 days of camp start date, Mt. Adams Institute will decide on any refunds on a case-by-case basis.
COVID Absence Policy:
If a camper or family member is sick due to COVID or has been exposed and must quarantine, Mt. Adams Institute will refund camp fee 100% minus the online registration fee.
