CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
50% deposit for all full day camps
*Please contact us if the deposit fees inhibit your ability to register for a program and/or if you plan to apply for a scholarship. We are willing to make accommodations.
Full tuition is due 30 days in advance. We prefer you pay deposits and camp tuition through ActiveWorks. ActiveWorks will automatically run the payment plan 30 days before your registered camp.
If a registration for Summer Camp is cancelled:
- Before May 18th, full refund (excluding the processing fee)
- After May 18th, deposits are nonrefundable
If you put a deposit down and applied for a scholarship for the remainder of tuition, but do not receive enough financial support, we will refund your deposit in its entirety.
Mt. Adams Institute reserves the right to cancel a camp due to health concerns, weather conditions, staffing, or low-enrollment. If MAI cancels a camp, participants will be refunded in full.
Absence due to illness or injury:
If within the 30 days of camp start date, Mt. Adams Institute will decide on any refunds on a case-by-case basis.
